References and links

With direct or indirect references to other Internet sites ("links") lying beyond the bounds of the author’s control an obligation to liability would only arise if the author is aware of the contents and if it is technically possible to prevent its use in case of illicit contents or if the author could reasonably be expected to do so.

The author hereby explicitly declares that at the time the link was set up no illegal contents were discernible on any linked pages. The author has no way of influencing the current or future design, the contents or the authorship of the linked pages. For that reason, the author hereby distances himself expressly from the contents of all linked pages changed after the link was set up. This statement applies to all links and references set up within the author’s own Internet site as well as for third-party entries made in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists. Solely liable for illegal, erroneous or incomplete contents and in particular for damages caused by the use or non-use of such information presented is the provider of the site to which reference was made and not the site that merely referred to the publication in question via a link.
